Conference finals time, and it’s time to break out the big guns. On this week’s edition, we bring in special guests to represent the final two teams remaining in the Western Conference. Representing the Chicago Blackhawks is Time Warner Cable News’ very own Mike Solarte, and representing the LA Kings is esteemed fellow blogger and all around good dude The Royal Half. So sit back and enjoy not having to listen to Derek and Mike drone on about who the next coach or free agent will be. This week, let’s revel in the amazing hockey that has been the Conference Finals!

Throwback Thursday-August 15
Welcome back to another Throwback Thursday. I’ve been reading about the LA Kings AHL team, The Manchester Monarchs, and all the chatter about the “Burger King” jersey. In January 2014, the AHL team will be wearing a past jersey that the Kings have worn. (if you haven’t seen it, go and check out Puck Daddy)
I’m going somewhere with this, I promise. Many avid fans (not just of Hockey) have tons of great past jerseys. One of Section328’s very own had a great Anaheim screen print Jersey that was just ducky. Another has the fabulous Flying V, from the Vancouver Canucks (that’s what we call it anyway). Most of us have so many other classic jerseys that we even have an alternate jersey night in Section 328, to try and break any bad mojo (for a losing season) or to just break out the cool jerseys (that’s if we’re having a winning season).
Anyway, back to where I was going. What is your favourite jersey? Either old school, mojo breaker, old faithful, or just your jersey of the day? Send us a picture of your favourite and if it’s the best, we’ll send you something awesome!
